Four of the songs on our new CD Floating Off To Dreamland are custom lullabies that Patrick wrote in 2007. The faces of the Moms and Dads when they were presented with their lullabies simply cannot be described, and it's why he loves what he does so very much.

We believe the gift of a custom lullaby from Lullaby Dreams is probably the most special surprise that can be given to new parents and babies. Can't you just picture all the faces of the guests at the baby shower when your custom song is presented as your gift?

We have designed two packages to help anyone present a tailor-made song to that precious new baby in your life. 

Both packages take approximately 2 weeks to complete, once we have all the details and required information from you. You will have your custom lullaby 7 to 14 days following its completion.

For a Template written lullaby, Patrick takes one of our standard lullabies and write custom lyrics using information about the family of the baby that you provide. Your lullaby is then digitally recorded and mastered before being burned to CD for presentation. 

For a Custom written lullaby, Patrick writes you a completely unique song, as he did with Beditme Is Here, and as he did for Max, Gabe, and Ethan, the triplet boys in One, Two, Three. After your lullaby is complete, we digitally record and master it before burning it to CD for you.

Both the Template and Custom written lullaby packages include the following:

• Your Lullaby Dreams lullaby is written to your specifications as either a Template or Custom lullaby, as outlined above

• Patrick digitally records and masters your lullaby for perfect sound and balance.

• You receive a copyrighted copy of the sheet music for your lullaby, laser printed at 600 dpi on a parchment-style paper (we also offer the sheet music custom framed - see below)

• We include a dedication from you to the parents and child on the sheet music

• We provide a full-color label on the CD (This can be a picture you send us or we will draw or find a drawing for you. We also include your dedication to the recipient(s) on the CD label. Click here to see three examples of how this labeling looks.)

• Your Lullaby Dreams CD includes two tracks of music.

  • Track One is the song recorded with vocals

  • Track Two is just the accompaniment, so you and/or the parents can sing the lullaby to the child yourselves (For this, we need to know an approximate voice range - high, medium, low - so we can pitch the song appropriately. If you're unsure, we pitch in the medium range, as this will work for most voices.)

• Worldwide shipping at registered air mail pricing is included in each package. Your completed Lullaby Dreams lullaby will take approximately 7 to 14 days to arrive.

Custom framing of the sheet music is available for just $30.00.

To help us craft the lyrics for your custom ordered Lullaby Dreams lullaby, we need information such this: 

• The name of the baby, if it's born, or its sex. If the parents are the traditional "we want to be surprised" types (and there are still a lot of those out there!), we'll write the song very generically using words like "baby" and "little one" instead of referring to a particular child or sex. This is actually a nice way to go in general, as the song still "fits" when new children are born to the family.

• Some info about the parents and/or siblings is also helpful. For example, if a child only calls her parents "Mommy" and "Dad," we don't want to say "Mom" and "Daddy!" If the new child is going to be a long-awaited girl or boy in a family dominated by the other sex, we can probably find a way to work a fun reference about that into the song as well. 

• How you are connected to the child can be nice as well. For example, if you are a Grandma or Grandpa, an Aunt or Uncle, we can weave a bit about you into the song, as the givers of the song.

• Do you or the receivers have any special musical style you especially like? We'll try to incorporate a "feel" for that in the lullaby, where possible (some styles, like acid rock and rap, don't really work for lullabies, after all).

• Anything else you can think of to add will be gratefully appreciated.
