Lynda and Rod (Granny and GrampaGruff) from Quebec, Canada, contacted Lullaby Dreams in the fall of 2007 to write a custom lullaby for their new granddaughter, Indiana. Here is Indiana on Christmas Day 2007 with her stockings full of goodies and holding her Lullaby Dreams CD ...

As we talked with Rod and Lynda about the song, Patrick had the idea to tell the story of Granny and GrampaGruff's search for the perfect Christmas gift for Indiana's First Christmas. Rod and Lynda liked that idea, so Patrick and Tami wrote and recorded the song (click the sheet music or tray liner to view each in a larger size) ...

As Rod told us in an email on the day they got their CD package:

"... a Merry Christmas to you two over there. Now there is just one problem - you should  have included a mop, as there are going to be plenty of 'puddles' come Christmas Day! I let Lynda listen on head phones, while I was holding Indiana ... Lynda had to make a grab for a box of tissues on my desk!

"The song is just wonderful, and Tami has done an outstanding job. Thank you so very much."

A few days after Christmas, we got the following note, accompanied by the pictures on this page:

"... Everyone was thrilled with your Song for Indiana, and couldn't stop talking about it throughout the day. The entire process of ordering the song was very well handled by you - the way you kept us informed as to the progress, etc. -  which we appreciated very much. I mean, you even beat the Canada Post guys by advising us that the CD had arrived before they did!

"... (Indiana) has a bunch of little friends, and some on the way, so we will let everyone know of your service."

Thank you, Rod and Lynda, for letting us be part of your Christmas celebration, and for letting us help make Indiana's First Christmas so very memorable. And thank you, Indiana, for being such a charming model for your Lullaby Dreams CD!
